Background

Sturdy Products Ltd, was established in 1981. The main aim was to establish the company as a major   manufacturer of plastic products by the rotational moulding process. From their initial set up in a 12,000 sq ft production unit   they have developed their business and now offer their customers a complete package, from product development to supply of moulds and the manufacture of high quality volume products.

Growth

In 1995 the company constructed their second purpose built manufacturing plant  and installed a new state of the art rotational moulding machine. A second such machine was installed mid 1997. The company has continued to expand since then in both production capabilities and premises. In August 2004 they expanded again with a move to their latest 32,000sq/ft facility on 4 acres.

Uniqueness

It should be noted that Sturdy Products UK Ltd is unique in the supply of rotational moulded products. The company has unique capabilities in the supply of large moulded products. Plans are already a foot to establish a new manufacturing facility in the UK.
